About the Information on This Site
The content on this website is provided for general information about our solar products and services. System sizes, generation estimates, savings figures and timelines shown here are indicative only.
Actual system design, generation and cost depend on your roof, shading, electricity consumption, local conditions and the components finally selected. A binding proposal is issued only after a site survey and in writing.
Government Schemes
Information about PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and any other government scheme is summarised here for convenience and is subject to change by government notification. Please verify current eligibility, subsidy amounts and procedures on the official government portal.
Solvik Energy Private Limited is not currently registered as a PM Surya Ghar vendor. We provide guidance on the scheme, but installation under the scheme is not available from us at present.
Quotations and Orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to material availability and prevailing prices. An order is confirmed only when accepted by us in writing and against the agreed payment terms.
Warranties
Solar panels, inverters and other components carry the warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. Workmanship warranty, where offered, is stated in your quotation or agreement. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's process and conditions.
Warranties may be void where a system is modified, serviced by an unauthorised party, or damaged by causes outside normal use.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and the Solvik Energy name and logo, belongs to Solvik Energy Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Third-party brand names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the products we supply.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on the general information it contains.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Darbhanga, Bihar.
