Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvik Energy Private Limited ("we", "us" or "our") collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us about a solar enquiry.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through an enquiry form, a phone call, a WhatsApp message or an email. This typically includes:

• Your name and mobile number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Your property type and location in Darbhanga
• Your average monthly electricity bill range, if you provide it
• Any message or requirement details you share with us

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry. In practice this means contacting you to understand your requirement, scheduling a free site survey, preparing a system design and quotation, and providing after-sales support if you become a customer.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with our installation team or with a supplier where this is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for. We may also disclose information where required by law.

If you choose to apply for a government scheme such as PM Surya Ghar, any information you submit on the official government portal is governed by that portal's own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies and Analytics

This website is a static informational site. It does not set advertising cookies of its own. If we add analytics in future to understand how the site is used, we will update this policy accordingly.

Embedded content such as the Google Maps frame on our Contact page is provided by a third party and may set its own cookies.

Data Retention and Security

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask us to update or delete the enquiry information we hold about you at any time. Write to us at solvikenergyprivatelimited@gmail.com or call 9117 - 234 - 234 and we will act on your request.
